This year marks another participation to CSWWC and it is the first time ever we bring home only gold medals. Winning gold medals every year is a spectacular achievement for us and it proves again and again the sparkling terroir that we have got and the meticulous craftsmanship we put in everyday in the vineyard and in the winery.
Our Magnums shined once again, with great class and extraordinary scores from the judges who remarked on the finesse and freshness of Carassia along with the lovely mousse and great finish.
The long maturation for the magnums is of utmost importance for producing exceptional sparkling wines. We pay close attention to it, so opt for minimum 3 years for non vintage and minimum 5 years maturation for our vintage magnums.
Carassia 773 Magnum 2018 is an exquisitely crafted blend, composed from the finest base wines of the vintage and a subtle touch of oak-aged Chardonnay. The standard bottle of the 2018 Carassia 773 received widespread acclaim on the market in the last two years.
